Newsletter and Promotional Emails Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is established between ImmiGoPro™and the individual user (hereinafter referred to as “the Subscriber”). The Subscriber voluntarily consents to receive newsletters and promotional emails from ImmiGoPro™. This Agreement delineates the terms and conditions governing the Subscriber’s subscription to newsletters and promotional communications provided by ImmiGoPro™.

Subscription Consent and Opt-In

By furnishing your email address and opting to subscribe to our newsletters and promotional emails, you explicitly grant consent to receive electronic communications from ImmiGoPro™ pertaining to our services, updates, news, events, and other promotional content. You acknowledge the voluntary nature of your subscription and affirmatively confirm your choice to receive these communications.

Subscriber Information

You hereby undertake to furnish accurate and complete information during the subscription process for our newsletters and promotional emails. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and other relevant contact details. You understand that the information provided will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Frequency and Content

ImmiGoPro™ reserves the right to send newsletters and promotional emails to the Subscriber at its discretion. The frequency and nature of these communications may vary and may include, without limitation, updates about immigration programs, policy changes, professional resources, success stories, events, or service-related offers.

Data Usage and Privacy

ImmiGoPro™ is dedicated to protecting your privacy and personal data. By subscribing to our newsletters and promotional emails, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, processed, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will not be sold, shared, or leased to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Modification and Termination

ImmiGoPro™ reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend, or terminate its newsletter and promotional email subscription service at any time, without prior notice. Similarly, Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time by following the procedures outlined in the Unsubscribe Policy. Continued subscription after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImmiGoPro™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your subscription to newsletters and promotional emails.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Unsubscribe Process

To stop receiving newsletters and promotional emails, please provide your email address in the designated unsubscribe field and submit your request, or click the “unsubscribe link” included in any email sent by us. Once your request has been processed, your address will be removed from our mailing list.

Processing Time

Please note that processing your unsubscribe request may take up to 72 hours. During this period, you may still receive emails that were already scheduled for dispatch. If, after three days, you continue to receive communications, kindly contact us at legal@immiGoPro.ca to report the issue.

Re-Subscription

If you wish to re-subscribe to our newsletters and promotional emails at a later time, you may do so by re-entering your email address through our website. For additional details, please consult our Newsletter and Promotional Emails Subscription Policy.

Data Usage and Privacy

Upon submission of an unsubscribe request, you acknowledge that your email address and request will be processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Your email address will be used solely to remove you from our mailing list.
