","Immigration_wage_or_salary":"","Immigration_employer_official_letter":"","immigration_employer_eligibility":"<ul>\r\n  <li>Employer must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Employer must have registered and been operating the business (for which the application has been submitted) in the Yukon for a minimum of 1 year on a full-time basis, or be a recognized government body in Yukon (First Nation, municipal, territorial, or federal).<\/li>\r\n  <li>Employer must meet the minimum requirements of territorial labour standards.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Employer(s) must hold a valid business license and be registered with the Yukon Corporate Registry or the Federal Registry. Employers of foreign nationals who are exempt from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) process will be required to submit the offer of employment and pay the Employer Compliance Fee of $230 using the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada Employer Portal.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Employers must complete these steps before the foreign national can apply for an employer-specific work permit at a Mission overseas or in-Canada office.
