This means:\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>At least one academic year of full-time study (that is at least 15 hours of instruction per week over the academic year including any period of training in the workplace as part of your studies. Part-time studies may qualify, if the program is equivalent to at least one full-time academic year)<\/li>\r\n      <li>The degree is from an eligible university in Ontario (see the list of eligible Ontario universities below)<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/li>\r\n  <li>You don\u2019t qualify if you are enrolled as a student when you are applying, unless:\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>It is for the purpose of meeting the requirements to be licensed in a regulated occupation in Ontario<\/li>\r\n      <li>You are also working full-time in Ontario<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/li>\r\n  <li>You don\u2019t qualify if you have received a bursary, grant or scholarship that requires you return to your home country after you earn your master's degree. We determine this by examining your ties to Ontario, which can include doing things like:\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>Working or having worked in Ontario<\/li>\r\n      <li>Getting job offers or applying\/interviewing for jobs<\/li>\r\n      <li>Studying<\/li>\r\n      <li>Volunteering<\/li>\r\n      <li>Leasing or owning property<\/li>\r\n      <li>Visiting<\/li>\r\n      <li>Having professional networks and affiliations, family ties and personal relationships<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>","immigration_legal_status_in_canada":"If you are applying from within Canada, you must have legal status (a visitor record, study permit, or work permit) at the time you apply and should maintain that status until the time of nomination. \r\n\r\nYou may apply if you are in \u2018implied status\u2019 at the time of your OINP application submission. \u2018Implied status\u2019 means that you submitted an application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to renew\/extend your temporary status document (a visitor record, work permit, study permit) before its expiry date. ","immigration_application_fee":"Fee for this stream is set at 1500 CAD. \r\n\r\nApplication fees can only be refunded if the processing of the application has not started, either (i) if the applicant withdraws his\/her application before processing starts, or (ii) if the application is refused as being incomplete by the OINP.","immigration_submission_of_application":"<ul>\r\n  <li>Create a profile in the OINP e-Filing Portal.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Register an expression of interest for the MG stream.<\/li>\r\n  <li>After receiving an invitation to apply, apply to the MG stream within 14 days by submitting their application through the OINP e-Filing Portal (filling in forms and uploading required documents).<\/li>\r\n  <li>Apply for permanent residence to the federal government (IRCC) within 6 months of receiving the nomination (after OINP processes their application).
