That is, you plan to invest in a Nova Scotia business but will have little to no involvement in business operations.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li> You have been offered a sales job for which you will ONLY be paid commission. The certificate expires 6 months after the date of nomination.\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>If we decide to refuse your application<\/li>\r\n\r\nWe will refuse your application if you do NOT meet the criteria for the Skilled Worker stream. You have 10 business days to submit new information for us to consider. After 10 business days we will re-assess your application, including the new information. \r\n\r\nIF NOMINATED:\r\n\r\n \t<li>Ask for a Letter of Support for your Temporary Work Permit.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>Apply for permanent residence<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\nWithin 6 months of your nomination certificate having been issued,\r\nsubmit a complete application for a permanent resident visa to IRCC. \r\n\r\n\t<li>Tell us when you become a permanent resident\r\n\r\nContact us within 30 days of your arrival in Nova Scotia.
